Πρόγραμμα για βιντεοσκόπηση επιφάνειας εργασίας

Μήπως γνωρίζει κανείς κανένα πρόγραμμα με το οποίο να μπορώ να βιντεοσκοπήσω ό,τι κάνω στην επιφάνεια εργασίας? Θέλω να ηχογραφεί και ήχο.

Το χρειάζομαι, γιατί θέλω να φτιάξω ένα tutorial για ένα πρόγραμμα που έχω.

Ψάξε το fraps τουλάχιστον για video game recording λειτουργούσε καλά από ό,τι θυμάμαι και έχει αρκετά tutorials και video.
