Athens Information Technology (AIT) has the pleasure of announcing the organization of the International Workshop:
“FTTx architectures, technologies, business and economic aspects”, which will be held in AIT premises, 19.5 km Markopoulo Ave., GR - 19002 Peania, Athens, on the 11th of April, 2008.
The workshop is organized under the auspices of the EU FP7 IST project Scalable Advanced Ring-based passive Dense Access Network Architecture-SARDANA. The workshop is intended to bring together stakeholders from all involved fields to interact and exchange opinions on deployment trends, key drivers and challenges, current research activities, and business and economic aspects of the rapidly-evolving topic of Fiber-to-the-x.
The objective of the workshop is to give the opportunity to the attendees to expose themselves to the evolving situation of Fiber-to-the-Home in Greece and EU and to interact with experts from all involved fields. High-level representatives from international vendors and operators, and top executives from Greek telecom operators, policy makers and national/local government bodies will present their view and experience in the topic.
