Omilia (http://www.omilia.com) is looking for enthusiastic Java and/or .NET/C# Developers to join the Application Development team on a full-time basis.

Main responsibilities are designing, developing, testing and documenting of
innovative Voice Applications and modules.

Required Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or similar faculty.
Excellent programming skills in Java or .NET/C# (minimum 3 years industrial experience) and some experience on at least one of C++, VB.Net, Delphi or PowerBuilder.
Solid working experience on web related technologies such as Web Services/SOAP, .NET Framework, JavaScript, JSP/ASP/PHP, XML/XSL or J2EE.
Good development or administration experience with production RDBMS such as SQLServer/Oracle/DB2(preferred) and good skills in relational data analysis and design.
Excellent command of written Greek and English.

Successful candidates will possess enthusiasm and proven creativity, aptitude for analytical and creative thinking, with sharp attention to detail. They should be self motivated; taking goal oriented initiatives; well organized for both team and/or solo assignments; accountable within demanding deadlines.

Additional Qualifications that will be considered as significant assets:
Postgraduate degree on Software Engineering, e-Commerce, Distributed
Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition or similar.
Experience with VoIP/SIP, PBX, ISDN, IVR and other telephony technologies.
Commercial or academic experience with VoiceXML, Speech Recognition or
Text-To-Speech.
Client/Server or 3-Tier applications, large scale Object Oriented software
development, UML, Design Patterns, Algorithms Analysis, Declarative Programming.
Practical experience with modern IDEs such as Visual Studio 2003, Eclipse,
JBuilder, NetBeans or JDeveloper.
Experience with installing, configuring, compiling or extending of open
source software or modules.
Experience in value added services, new media/interactive/mobile advertising or telecommunications industries.
Authoring skills in English for Technical Documentation or Business Requirements.
Excellent communication skills.
European languages other than Greek & English.
