IDEAL SYSTEMS (a subsidiary of IDEAL S.A.) is the company behind i-docs, the leading Mass Document Processing Application that is used by Banks and Telecom companies. Within the context of our international expansion, we are in the process of recruiting Application Consultants.
Primary Function:
Works as a consulting team member on implementation projects. Duties usually performed at customer's site or in close cooperation with the customer's staff. Operates under moderate supervision. Delivers supporting help to pre-sales activities
Main activities (how a consultant spends his/her day)
Consulting (70%):
Solution Implementation.
Solution testing/documentation.
Business Analysis (supportive role).
Trains key users.
Customer support (15%): Acts as a liaison between customers and company.
Coaching / Training jr. consultants (10%): Explains and provides the business-solutions to the jr. consultants.
Builds up the professional and technical profile of the jr. consultants.
Customs and product development (5%): A supportive role in monitoring the progress of the customizations and product development.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: General office environment, considerable stress, frequent travel.

Knowledge of XML Related Technologies (XML Schema, XSL)
